André Eduardo Demarco

Business administrator, graduated from Mackenzie University, with a postgraduate degree in Business Management from FIA/FEA/USP, an MBA in Derivatives from USP, and an LLM Master of Laws from Insper. He has been working in the financial and capital markets for over 25 years. At B3, he held positions such as Trading Floor Director, Operations Director, Electronic Trading Director, Product Engineering, Services and Education Director, Depository and OTC Operations Director, and Compliance Products and Bidding Processes Director. Currently, he is the CEO and Director of Self-Regulation at BSM, responsible for leading the teams and overseeing the self-regulation, inspection, and market supervision activities at B3.
 

César Henrique de Mendonça 
Superintendent of Governance and Processes
 

Graduated in applied mathematics from the University of São Paulo, with an MBA in Capital Markets and Derivatives from the BM&FBOVESPA Educational Institute. He has over 15 years of experience in developing methods to analyze data from operations, products, and services in the markets managed by B3, aiming to detect irregularities and atypical market behavior patterns. At B3, he was Data Manager focusing on control indicators for internal audit and Participant supervision activities within the Operational Qualification Program (PQO). Currently, he is the Superintendent of Supervision Intelligence and Processes at BSM, focusing on studies and research on new monitoring and supervision technologies and products, promoting interaction between BSM areas and market Participants, seeking to improve supervision and inspection routines of the markets managed by B3. He is also responsible for the loss reimbursement process (MRP) and the process of analyzing and forwarding complaints received by BSM.
 

Fátima Guerra 
Superintendent of Audit
 

Graduated in systems electrical engineering and production engineering from PUC-Rio, with academic excellence. She began her career at ARX Capital Asset Management in the risk management area. Over her 23 years in the capital market, she worked at Ágora Corretora and Um Investimentos. She participated in the founding of Necton Investimentos, where she was a partner responsible for the governance, risk, and compliance area. She collaborated with the process of selling the brokerage to BTG Pactual, later working at the Bank as Compliance Director.
 

Glauber Facão Acquati 
Superintendent of Legal
 

Lawyer graduated from the University of São Paulo, former advisor to Minister Nancy Andrighi at the Superior Court of Justice, former Superintendent of Litigation, Competition, Labor, and responsible for AML/CFT at B3, currently Superintendent of Legal Self-Regulation at BSM.
 

Marcelo Rodrigues dos Santos

Business administrator, graduated from Carlos Drummond de Andrade University, with a postgraduate degree in Finance from the University of São Paulo City. He has been working in the financial and capital markets for over 25 years.
 

Patrícia Nagami Murakami 
Superintendent of Intelligence and Data
 

Graduated in applied and computational mathematics in economic statistics from the University of São Paulo (USP), with an MBA in Big Data Analytics from the Foundation Institute of Administration (FIA) and a master's degree in statistics from the University of São Paulo (USP). She has over 15 years of experience in the areas of audit, risk management, trading monitoring, and supervision, focusing on data analytics. She worked as a manager at B3 and BSM for 11 years. Currently, she is the Superintendent of Intelligence and Data at BSM.
