Corporate governance of BSM and data processing
We take care of BSM's corporate governance and perform data processing that serves as input for other self-regulation activities.
Discovery our Context
- The various fronts focused on the production of data, indicators, and information systems involve cross-functional activities with other BSM self-regulation departments. The main activities of the area involve:
- (i) development, support, and continuous improvement of the indicators used in market supervision;
- (ii) generation of samples for audit testing;
- (iii) reception and processing of files received from Participants within the scope of audits;
- (iv) process automation; and
- (v) generation of management information and strategic indicators.
- Through our statistical models, we identify atypicalities, at which point the Participants are questioned. Once an irregularity or regulatory non-compliance is confirmed, this process is forwarded for potential application of an Enforcement measure.
