On December 4, 2025, BSM announced the release of version 3.0 of the File and Trail Layout Manual, a document that defines the formats, content, and frequency of the files and trails to be submitted by Participants in the Listed and OTC segments of B3. The update, disclosed through External Notice 23/2025, reflects enhancements and suggestions received from the market and introduces significant changes to supervision and audit processes. The main changes include:

1. Inclusion of registration layouts for the OTC Segment;

2. New layouts in the Listed Segment, covering Registration and AML/FTP;

3. Review of descriptions, objectives, and fields in the layouts;

4. Adjustment of the DADCAD layout to comply with B3 Circular Letter No. 16/2025-VPE;

5. New status in the TRANSFCUST layout;

6. Update of the scope of the following layouts: RESUORD, GAB800/EXTRATOCC, and GAB807/EXTRATOSP;

7. Additional field in the RESUORD layout to indicate whether the order originates from a strategy robot; and

8. Indicator in the LCZERAGEM layout to signal zeroing resulting from market close.

The new version of the Manual is already available at https://www.bsmsupervisao.com.br/us/support-material and will take effect on the first business day following its publication, revoking External Notice BSM 05/2025, which addressed the previous version (2.4).
