BSM has released version 3.1 of the File and Trail Layout Manual, a document that defines the formats, content, and submission frequency of files and trails to be delivered by Participants in the Listed and OTC segments of B3.

The update incorporates enhancements based on feedback received from the market, as well as relevant adjustments to BSM’s supervision and audit processes, aiming to improve the quality and consistency of the information submitted.

The new version of the Manual is already available on the BSM website and will become effective on the first business day following its publication, revoking the previous version in force.
