The Market Consultative Chamber is responsible for:

Cabe à Câmara Consultiva de Mercado:
  • Conducting studies, analyses, and discussions on matters related to the self-regulation of exchange and organized over-the-counter markets;
  • Conducting studies, analyses, and discussions on interpretations of the norms applicable to the securities market, whose compliance is overseen by BSM;
  • Presenting suggestions on BSM activities; and
  • Performing other activities that have been requested by its Presidency.
    • É composta por até 22 membros compreendidos entre Participantes dos mercados administrados pela B3, com mandato de dois anos, bem como pelo Vice-Presidente do Conselho de Autorregulação e pelo Diretor de Autorregulação da BSM.
